Hasnīt it got the same camera as K700i? A friend of mine bought it yesterday here in sweden. I have to say thet it looks better i real life than it does on the pictures

It's a mid-range phone so I think the K500 is a good phone for that price and as the guy above you said, it looks better in real life.

Itīs good if not one of the best mid-range phones as McKinley says. I donīt tend to buy it myself. But this thread is about pictures taken with k500 and not about the phone in general.

get a grip man all people aren't phone fanatics, all people don't want an ipod in it, some just want to have a phone with maybe some extra "cool" features like mp3 ringtones so that you can have some special ringtones or maybe take a few pics for fun in class etc (well this phone is meant for those who are still in school or for those who just don't want to spend $$$ on features they are not gonna use....)
i was suprised se didn't had a budget model (well ok t310 but it was really outdated in the beggining of this year)
i think 12mb is a lot for a phone like this, but hey everyone is entitled to his own opinion BUT you really don't have to say it sucks if the author of this thread asks for pictures.....

Theres other things to that I have been thinking about , how is the mp3 sound? Is it as good as K700? if you have "played" with both k700 and k500 plz write about the difference between them , like screen quality and that kind of stuff ,

I have tried the phone and my impression is very positive.
The sound quality is actually louder and a bit more crisper than my K700i but I have dropped mine a couple of times so I don't know if that is the reason or if the sound to the K500 just happen to be louder than the K700i. Regarding other important things; the screen to this little handset is better than T630/Z600. They all use same resolution but I think the colour to K500 is more staturated and I also get the feeling of it has less jaggies than the others.
the built-in camera quality is good, at least it looked good when I looked through the photo album. I will upload some shots tomorrow for you.
If you are planning to sign up for a new contract, may I suggest F500i. It is the same phone but Vodafone labelled BUT this one looks really good. You ough to take a look and test it at nearest Vodafone store.
