I get a k700i for free:) Q: should i keep my t630 or take the k700i? I heard something about battery-life and firmware problems. Please give me advice.

Try both fones and decide if the k7 features are needed for u. Next to t630 it has got some more features, but the batt doesnt fit these bonus. I am for t630, pls read here the other threads aswell.

k700 has got a bad abttery but thats only if u use the radio mp3 e.c.t

I wouldn't say that the k700 has got a bad battery mine doesn't consume much when i listen to radio or mp3, it is the high resolution screen that is the "bad guy" when i use the screen plenty the battery drains pretty fast...

What about RF performance? My T230 (suprisingly) seems to outperform my chum's T610.
I really want to upgrade my T230. But I want to settle on a model that has better RF performance.

If you can get it for free, there is no doubt to take it. Better screen; more, more memory; better camera; all those functions (MP3, WAV, Radio, 3GP, MP4...)... With those reasons battery thing is absolutely anmentionable.
