> A question about a memory card reader
Bookmark topic
I recently bought a USB 2.0 flash card reader that is able to read most flash memory card, including my P900's memory sticks (after attaching it to the adaptor).
The transfer rate is very very high and the files being copied to a memory stick only take a few second! example, if I upload an MP3 file, it takes only a few seconds, unlike ages if connected inside the P900 via cradle.
My question is: is this speed harmful to my memory sticks? Or is it absolutely OK?
I know its a stupid question, but it keeps poppin' in my head
Thanx in advance!

@devilishcry - No worries High speed USB products have a design data rate of 480 Mb/s. Full speed USB devices signal at 12Mb/s, while low speed devices use a 1.5Mb/s subchannel.
I'll let you guess what category the cradle is in

So no effect? I mean, SE made this thing slow, so I thought maybe its designed this way!
And when I saw this card reader/writer, I was like 'wooooooooooow'!!
hope this doesnt affect my memory sticks! (a happy owner of a 32, 64 and a 128 Magicgate DUO's)
Thanx in advance!
