Unfortunately, I can say that my Nokia fones performs better than my SE T10, T68i and K700i when I am at my room . . . My Nokia can reach as high as 3 bars, while my SE fone's bars can escalate with an altitude of only 2 bars! I live in my bunker !

The k700 is fantastic in terms of RF it outbeats my old t610, t68 by a big margin, it even outbeats numerous of Nokias, Siemens and Samsungs at work where we have really bad RF...

sometimes the signal shown is meaningless...like i & my friend sitting in the same place & he has no signal & I have 2/3 bars on Z600 but when I dial the bars finally disapear or I get only emergengy calls...

Nice to see a thread saying nice things about the k700, there seems to have been a lot knocking it recently...
I've found the signal strength to be better too, although it does seem to vary a bit - it sometimes goes from no bars to 4 or 5.
My battery now lasts a bit longer too after a few 'conditioning' charges, usually about 3-4 days with light-moderate use in a poor signal area.
