Hi everyone!
This is my first post here in this forum. I just got a brand new K700i about a month ago and everytime i make a call the other party rings but i cannot hear anything in the earpiece, then after a couple of seconds or so or after i press the volume buttons the phone's screen goes white for a second then the phone restarts by itself. I entered the service menu using the key sequence given in this forum and made the earpiece test and its working fine...just doesn't work when making a call
Also when charging the battery, the screen says charging forever and never says charging complete or something like that.
Does anyone know what the problem here is? Could this be software related? I would appreciate any help here because the problem is that the K700i has not yet been released where I live, so the sony ericsson service centers could not offer any help. Right now its just a piece of junk sitting on my desk for a month
but I really want to start using it.

What happens when you have the handsfree connected?
