> Downloading Java on T610 via WAP
Bookmark topic
I'm having trouble downloading Java apps via a WAP browser. For example, downloading from
http://midlet.org/wap gives me the following error:
"Not Acceptable"
Seems like it's trying to download a .jad file and that doesn't work.
Is this supported in the T610? My firmware version is old (R1S001), just bought from T-Mobile last week. Does this problem go away with a firmware update?

Try to visit suggested wap sites, wrong java games and apps can cause weird things in the fone. Make an upgrade aswell imo.

@kame, it could be a problem with your old fw or maybe your operator does not allow file downloading so call them and ask. Also make sure you're downloading the .jar files, try on other sites because it also could be a problem with the site's server, and as suggested upgrade your fw.
