Answer:
Optimised charging means that the charging recognises that the phone is turned on, and may be in use. So the charging is optimised to allow the main features of the phone to operate whilst the phone charges. Either method of charging is fine, as the lithium-polymer battery in your phone is designed to operate correctly no matter how it is charged.

Weird, but its better to charge in off mode, cos even the reception quality, sometimes good-sometimes worse, could effort charging. Meaning, at bad rec the fone needs more power and cos its charging at the same time, the charging isnt constan. No such problems in off mode.
