Can anyone help me, I have been told by o2 uk that payg users cant send and receive emails via thier handsets, i know it can be done as had old fone that did this, can anyone send me the correct settings for either o2 email or blueyonder email
Any help is greatly appreciated

Welcome here! Ask your operator to send u the settings via sms and store it, in case u have an acc by them.

The settings can be downloaded from the SE site straight to one's handset, however, I might suggest that O2 could have changed their policy since you last acessed e-mail and it might very well be that Pay As You Go customers cannot access e-mail. Try asking them again to double check this policy.

@tubelcain thx for pm, u are welcome. Listen to @scotty, he might be right. If its doesnt work, make an acc somewhere else, what do fits email client. Try debitel, think its in the uk aswell.
