I was wondering, it there a voice synthesizer software for the P900/P910 ?

Do u mean something that changes the sound of your voice or one that creates a voice from text?

I don't know any apps but this website can do the latter, it's called TTS Interactive Voice:

No dude, even Windows brings a voice synthesizer (it's pretty bad, but it's there)!
I mean a Symbian application to read out loud text like e-mails.

Try Cyberon Voice Commander, that reads out SMS etc but it's pretty lame
