hey u guys i need help i got my phone set up its connect thew my p800 s sync station its PERFECT but when it is just about to install is say ur operator does not permitt........ but my k700 is unlocked but i bought it in bermuda and it is branded anyone can help.

the brand on the phone hasn't given an update to the software to SE. Without the update being sent to SE you won't be able to update the phone. Same situation as people with O2 software, until they release it, nothing can be done to upgrade the phone online.

o2 have made the software as it has been distributed at SE service centres (or so someone on here clamied). SE just need to get it onto the online update, but they probably need permission from O2 before they can do this.
