Hi Guys
I have my second K700i and both are loosing my numbers. I don't think it happens with the sync-software... as the numbers and adresses disappear off the phone. Any idea what is happenening?
Regards
Mike

Hi,
No, hey no girlfriend,, I'm still single! Nope, all the numbers are in the phone. Pity a person cannot combine the phone and sim numbers as one.. This phone sure does not have alot of space..
Cheers

Do you make synchro with ur pc? Which program use for synchro. I think bad using of synchro program may lead to loss of number.

Maybe it's about time to go on firmware updating/upgrading - if you still haven't got the latest version mates !

I have just had this problem on my k700i. I haven't used sync.
I just added a load of contacts manually, and then i noticed that the previous ones I enterred still had the names but the numbers were missing. Not as if it's a slight bug, it's a very important part of a mobile phone, they need to get it sorted.

Hi,
I've had two k700i handsets from Orange and both have had this problem. Orange and Sony Ericsson have made no attempt to resolve this problem with the handsets so I returned them. Sorry I can't be of any help... a SE email representative advised me to visit my local SE service centre and get an update in firmware. I don't know if this will help though.
Best wishes,

ive got a new problem now, when i go into my phone book, say im looking at someone called Tony, the number showing will be 07775234411, but i know the phone is 0777777777, (these are example numbers by the way) then when i go to call them it will call the real number but its annoying.
