How happy am i?

Sent away my phone on upgrade and for replacing yes and no buttons (silvercolor was flaking)

Recieved my phone today .. and its a brand NEW one!
not a single scratch, and the new "I" software is a 1000 times better than the "m" version

The hardware is the second version.. inproved buttonlighting, no "rattle" from the volumebutton etc. etc.

By the way? .. can you change the colur of the themes in the new software?
How?

*edit* .. sorry, saw the sticky thingy now!

Who did you return the phone to??

And was this just a straight forward repair job (Under 1 Year Waranty?)

Just wondering the details, as it sounds like a good idea.

I had my old T68m sent away a couple of months ago, and they sent me a brand new one with hardware version R4a.

I've seen posts with people saying they're getting returned handsets which were in a worse condition than the one they sent! Are we just lucky???

Congrats, when I got the upgrade my phone stanby time became a maz of 54 after recharge, so they gave me a new one.
It does feel good to start all over and avoid all the drops and scratches u had ur phone go through previously

One other thing I've noticed, this T68 doesnt have the problem of the battery bar dropping when you turn your phone on after turning it off like so many people moan about!

Reskelld: 1 year warranty yes .. dunno why they changed the entire phone though .. the problems I had shouldnt be that hard to fix.
This was done at my local SE servicepoint.

Not used to the new software yet!

How in the hell do you change the "searchorder" in the phonebook?!
ie. if i wanna search contact by first or lastname?

*edit* btw. they didnt change the battery to a new one .. i had to use my old battery .. but what the heck ive got my scratchy, dropped and abused phone changed to a new one.. for free!
