can anyone tell me if you can turn a short avi in to an animated gif for screensaver, i've this great one of my girlfriend!!!!:D

i'd use a Microsoft Visual Studio Tools ( v6.0 is what i have) software that includes an .avi editor... and then copy the frames to a GIF animator ( photoimpact gif animator is what i use )... and use Adobe Photoshop to resize frames if necessary. Sounds like a lot of work.

The AVI-file musn't be to big.
But I can do it in a few minutes.
