well, i am total noob in this i have bluetooth but can anybody say me how can i get pics forom mob to my Pc? thx
and how can i look which firm wire i have?

Assuming u have the Bluetooth correctly installed & enabled on the PC......
go to a pic, press more, send, via Bluetooth & choose your device.
To see your firmware (not wire
) unlock the keypad & press:
right, *, left, left, *, left, *
Then go to Service info & Software info. Your f/w is then on the top line
