to unlock your T610 you need a terminator dongle and DIV or a T28s datacable,with this one you need to buy log's from anywhere in the net

something that would be a lot easier would be to call your service provider and ask them for your unlock codes.

if it asks for puk code, ask him to call the service provider, they'll give it.
else, take it to a nokia service center, they'll unlock

Im not sure but from what i heard from a friend that works in a phone shop, you can reset it on your pc using a special cable and software.

Take it to a service center, they will be able to do it for you, as long as he can prove the phone is his.
