Hi,
Im just about to take delivery of my new K700i. Ive had a brief search on the net to find out how long I should charge the battery for. This should be around 14hrs?- correct? And I should continue this for a subsequent 2 charges or so? I understand the battery indicator isn't completely accurate on the K700- Should I wait till the K700 switches itself completely off BEFORE I do another 14hrs recharge or will this damage the phone? Any help on this is much appreciated as I know the battery life is quite poor and I dont want to damage it further!!!

the manual that comes with the K700 says 4 hours for initial charge and since the manual is written by the manufacturer its probably the best advice to follow.
there are many many (many) threads discussing this so rather than repeat everything here I'll close this and ask you to read up in the other threads
