hey guys...i'll keep this quick as i dont want to annoy any of you veteran users with my novice questions but i had the luck of getting a p910i for free (getting it tomorrow) and i was just wondering (1) .how to transfer mp3's and video clips and the such like to the phone???...(2). does it use the docking station or should i get a card reader???...(3). how's about installing programs, docking or card reader???...

i apologize for my virginity and naivity...i promise my knowlege will improve soon!!!...

you can do it all via the cradle. when you install the sync software you will find something called "my P910" on your pc desktop. This is a windows explorer interface to your P910 and you can simply drag and drop most files to the "internal memory" or "external memory" when you open that and it will put the files in the right place

install .sis files is just a matter of double clicking them from windows explorer

@sdavis73

I find it quicker to use a MS Pro compatiable card reader/writer to transfer music and large .mp4 files, for apps etc you should use the docking station. When installing the docking station turn-off firewall and virus s/w and re-boot if asked at the end of the installation. Hope you enjoy P910i ownership as much as I am. The more time you invest in getting to know this beast the more you get from it!
