Why has such a gud phone not have a radio as standard, my little boys nokia 8210 has a radio, is there a program available?

I think your question should read 'Why does the phone not have an FM radio capable of receiving public service radio broadcasts in it'.
Of course your phone has a radio in it - how else does it work? Magic?
