my friend jus gave me her z200, but the battery dont work. she sed one mornin it wudnt turn on nd she gotta new phone nd forgot about this one! but its WAY dirty tho. sand all over the place! gonna clean it up. does anybody know if u can get a new battery on the warranty? cos she didnt use it much and its stupid only making a battery to last about 7 months!!!! (got it in feb!)

BTW, are u certain the problem is with the battery?
It may be the power button or any of several problems, especially if it is in bad condition & the sand won't help!
