By mistake I uninstalled above application. When I re-installed it as s trial from web page -www.quickoffice.com in version 1.03, I cannot open Quicksheet and cannot open Quickword as well....it says: Program Quicksheet.....reason code CONE ..reason nubmer 14
and Program Quickword ...reason code BAFL...reason number 4

Any ideas why? Any help appreaciated.
Thanks.

Do a back-up and a master reset. I'm pretty sure master reset will fix this, but you would have to reinstall everything back manually if the problem persisted after restore. That's the best I can come up with. Hopefully someone else can advise a less radical approach.

Have you rebooted the phone after re-installing?

The important thing is that it has worked.

I had a similar problem during my upgrade from P900 to p910.

In the P910, Quickoffice is in firmware, so you CAN't delete it (unless you flash the phone). So if you think you uninstalled, all you actually did is delete the registry key.

To restore it, simply use Sman or similar to browse the Z: drive, and click on the appropriate .app file.

Installing the "soft" Quickoffice really messes up - but uninstalling the soft version works fine.
