OK, having real trouble using the DSS-25. The green light is on it, suggesting it is working and the phone is connected, however I can't get Mobile Phone Monitor to recognise that the phone is connected. I have the DSS-25 drivers downloaded from SE website, and it is installed.

What could I be doing wrong?

Have you checked what com-port the DSS uses in the devicemanager and enabled it in the phone monitor?

It's OK I fixed it now, I'd messed up when I installed the drivers. I installed the DSS, but I didn't install it's USB port drivers right, I fixed that, and now all is well.
