That's a good price - is there a way of tracking when something like that comes 'In stock' (other than keep visiting), I'd buy it now just to back-up .pst files and use in my Camera (holding out for a wireless P series SE phone)

dunno about tracking when they are in stock but when you can buy 512mb duo pro on ebay from a reputable seller for 64 pounds then 220 odd pounds just doesn't make sense for 1gb when you could have 1.5 gb
I'll wait until they start selling the 1gb on ebay

Never gone near ebay - am I missing out?
- I'm a cash man / buy from dabs at a push
(will research a product on the web though)
Edit: My .pst is just >800Mb (uncompressed)

wow! my .pst is 46mb and I keep it compress once a month
yeah I'd say you are missing out on ebay. a few months back I bought a Sony 512mb duo pro for £125 and more recently got a 1gb SD card for £130 and a 2gb compact flash for £99. All from sellers with thousands of feedback. As I say, you can get san disk 512mb duo pro for 64 pounds + a fiver postage

ebay is the place to be... I've got a lot and when I compare to alternate offers, I've saved big bucks

Bought memory cards for last couple of years from either US or Hong Kong or Singapore. Never had a problem, always post as a low value gift to avoid VAT & duty. Have to be careful importing large parcels as they are more likely to attract VAT & duty but small packages (such as memory cards) go by airmail usually taking 1 week max to arrive.
Recent examples
Sony white EX71 earbuds total cost £26 from Hong Kong. Not available in this country in white & would cost about £34 anyway.
512MB DUO PRO total cost £71 from US. Cheapest in this county I've seen was over £100 exc. delivery!
