hi,, i just baught a sony ericsson k700i,, i installed the cd that comes with it onto my computer.. i found that there is an icon on my desktop called "my phones" which i cant move or delete.. does anyone know how to get rid of this annoying icon??

Is it not listed in the add/remove programs? It should be listed under Sonyericsson... (something??? Cant remember plus i'm at work, think it mite be Sonyericsson file manger but not sure)

It's related to the pc suite software, if you have a
dongle on your pc or usb cable/syncstation, you can transfer files on your pc to your phone or vice versa
You have to uninstall the pc suite if you really want to remove the icon..hope this helps.
