> k700 speaker question

When playing mp3s or the radio through the k700's back speaker, is the sound effected by the Equilizer? Or does that work just in handsfree mode? Just wondering.

Just tested with mp3 - yes the sound is effected by the equilizer.
for the radio i could not find the option
I am using an o2 K700i

This is only a guess, but I hardly doubt that the EQ setting affects the built-in speaker. The reason for this is that the speaker produces so poor audio quality, that if you tamper with the EQ, the speaker could never makes these changes audible. So even if it does, you coulden't hear it. Maybe measure it on a oscilloscope
That's my professional guess, as a musician. I can't hear any changes when I twist and turn the EQ, only when I'm using the headset.

i notice differences becus obviously thts why the equalizer is there, so having used the equalizer for its obvious purpose, i do notice the difference because that is what it is there for! so basically im sayin yes, it does make a difference not much as such but it depends on the quality of the mp3 but it does !
