i think they are important in case of emergency....i rem a time when i like a total dumbass left the key of my car in the boot while taking out out some stuff from it. And ofcourse without the key i cudnt go anywhere! so i had to call up roommate to get the duplicate from home...! a phone was just what i needed!

so I can listen to music, record videos, take pictures, be reminded of my schedules, play games, send/receive emails, browse, send/receive SMS/MMS, and occasionally make/receive phone calls. (after several evolutionary periods)
