ive dloaded like 3 skins into the documents folder on the phone, and i dloaded a few from wapsites, but even after all that, it still dsnt find any skins when i go to import...

You need to use a file manager and copy the skins to:
X:\system\app\tracker\skins
where X is the drive in which tracker has been installed

The import list just show you the skins in beamed.
and when you import the skins you can delete it from beamed.
