Hi @all
I have this problem since two weeks ago and I can't solve it
I'm recieving the "Backup Failed" error message
I attached the error message saying:"
Backup Failed
The phone must be in backup mode in order to make a backup
Make sure the phone is properly connected
"
In the beginning I had the PCSuite Ver.2.3.1
And now I tried to install Ver.3.0 but it that didn't help
