I have just recieved my K700i but can't seem to find any shortcut options! The manual says they should be in the settings menu but i can't find them. Can anyone shed some light?

From the main screen (with the operator name on it) press More > Shortcuts

Branded? Well I am with the Orange network and it does have the orange logo printed on the front of the handset. There is also a botton on the right hand side of the handet for connecting to Orange world...

Yep, it is branded! No cure for that besides unbranding at service... This message was posted from a K700i

Orange have installed their own firmware, and changed some of the options available. A firmware flash should do the trick, any service centre should be able to help you.

Branded phones sucks!! I mean, SE intended the phone to work in a specific way, right? So how can it be legal for operators to install their own firmware, and remove some of the features?? I think it's sick... What if the same thing happened to other standarized products, like Playstation, Nintendo etc etc... And why the hell would they remove the shortcuts feature??? Geez....
