Unlucky me... My syncstation is able to detect my phone, I can do backup, restore & syncronise... But the biggest problem is, when i open the file manager on my desktop, it shows not connected... I have disabled firewall, tried uninstall & reinstall, tried older version of pc suite blah blah blah, but to no avail... SE guys advise me to use a third-party file manager for the time being while waiting for a new release of pc suite... I have tried that, but its only a demo version and now it had expired... Well... Fellow P910 users out there, any good solutions? What a mess...

Didn't work for me on my laptop, but when i installed it on my ordinary pc it worked. Both with sp2 and the same cd

Try:

1. Remove the serial USB and after a reboot re-install and this time use the USB drivers from the SE support site
2. Only attach the USB to a USB socket on the main PC, not a USB hub
3. Unisntall any Moto Symbian PC s/w

could be an anti-virus program...i had panda anti-virus software and mine didn't work at all until i unistalled it!!!...now it works perfectly...and i now love...LOVE my p910i!!!...

This does appear to be common now - SP2 & 3.0.0 is giving loads of people grief - I think it must be P910's only, my P900 is fine. Let's see if a new release does come soon.
