I found yesterday, to my horror, that I can't upgrade my firmware via the Internet. Is there really no way at all I can update my firmware using the DSS-25 at home, or do I have to take it to the my local SE Service Centre?!
If the second option, can someone give me an address of a Service Centre either in Greater Manchester (Which I was told there was one over the phone, but I was cut off before I got the address), or in York.
