I emailed vodafone about mp3 being set as ringtones on a f500i.
They said the software was available from
www.vodafone.co.uk
So i visited the site had no luck , emailed them again. To upload your software please visit
www.vodafone.co.uk
What the hell are they on about carnt find it anywhere.
Anybody got an clues

Not sure what you mean. If you are looking to change the software of your phone (firmware) then you cannot download it from vodafone's website.
If you're looking to upload the mp3 of your choice to a downloadable space on vodafone's site.... I didn't know they offered this service to be honest

software upgrades are NOT available on voda's site.
there is an online firmware update service by
(use search for url). I do not know if there is updated Vodafone Live! firmware available throught that service though.

The vodafone software cannot be updated online, either thru voda or SE. Has to be taken to a service centre. Even then, u won't be able to use your own MP3s as ringtones, only ones purchased from voda live
