I had a question the other day (couldn't get the T68 to Infra red my Compaq iPAQ - 3630) and was able to get an answer from a few people in one of the ESATO discussion forums, within 24 hours - brilliant!
I posted the same question at almost the same time on the Compaq website and was answered by a supposed expert 3 days later who told me to "soft reset my compaq iPAQ" and it would work!!! Needless to say - it wasn't quite that simple!
