> receiving attachments sent from a P900

Hi,
I have searched for this info but cannot find it.
A friend is sending me email from his P900 to my yahoo account.
He is trying to attach jpegs. When I receive the email the attachment is displayed as a mass of text and numbers, not as the viewable attachment.
Is there a setting in the email client on the P900 to change the way attachments are sent? Or is it yahoo who are buggering it up?
