Hi i have a problem... please help me urgent.I dropped my t610 by accident... the fall was just a feet but after that when i switch on the phone there is an hour glass for a long time and then the screen appears.But my jotstick,powerbutton the yes/no button and the canel(C) and back button dont respond.Even the camera button is not responding.So i am getting calls and cannot pick then up leave alone me calling.The phone is not under warranty so wanna fix it myself... please suggest a solution am lost without my t610.If you guys think it is a software issue how do i reflash it. i am in london and wanna know how much will reflashing cost here.I have a pda... can i reflash using that

Raman,
Since you dropped the phone, there are only two possibile solutions,
This is not a Software thing that you can reflash and get rid of..

1) The imapact has shaken the IC Soldering, which is causing the major problem, loose soldering will always result in this.

2) Along with this, your SIM Card contact point has also been shaken , I suggest to get these rectified.

This will 99% solve your problem, Then while you are at it get the new Firmware R6C005 Installed to keep your phone up to date. And Please Don't try this at home, Go to some nice place, Pref a SE service center..Its worth it.." Dont mention you dropped it...just say its real slow and sluggish, they will do the rest under service...

First thing to do is to take the battery out, wait 2 minutes then reinsert and see what happens, if that does not cure it see a service center.

I tried that but then i thought of opening te phone and see the damage.But i could not make out anything,and closed it back.But suprisingly it stared working 100%.I have the magical touch or maybe the keypad was not aligned... thanks for the help guys.
