I'm currently trialling the Duality software (version 3.1) with my P900 and Outlook and it's working a treat.
However, I don't receive any visual notification of e-mails coming in. The screenshots on Handango show that it should be triggering "new e-mail" alerts as well as showing up as an e-mail account, however on my phone it shows us as an "Sychronised e-mail account".
Icon is completely different too. Wondered if anyone else had this and knows if it's just a trial thing that goes away in the full version? As far as I can tell this IS the full version, but on their server they "Activate" your e-mail address for more than 30 days.
Also anyone know how to pick your own audio alerts?
I e-mailed them on Friday about all of this, but so far no response
I did wonder if it's to do with my firmware:
Phone: CXC162022 R3C006
Bluetooth: CXC12529 R5D
Organiser: CXC162021 R4A06
CDA: CDA162003/1 R4A04
Sadly it was originally branded by Orange and since now it has generic firmware I can't use the online updater. Grrr
