i was gonna call some of mates , and suddunly when i click call it says currently unavalible and the number was gone missing , wht is the problem

lol is there any way of fixin it , i heard if u upgrade firmware version it will help , but i head the firmware version has other problrms aswell such as camera themes missing ect
