Hi

I'm on contract with O2 and have a k700i but I was thinking about getting a S700. How do the 2 phones compare? What are the major differences? I know the camera on the S700 is better but what about the vids, mp3's, memory, etc?

Cheers

On another point. I have 2 internet profiles set up on my phone: 1 is O2 GPRS and the other is O2. With the O2 GPRS I can access Bango and pay for pay per view wapsites but on my other O2 profile it won't let me access the site. This is a pain because if I want to download vids or mps's from a pay per view that are larger than approx. 196kb then it won't let me saying the file is too large.

Thanks.....

i havent used the s700 but my k700i has all i need. i dont really like the way the s700 looks and its pretty big.ive heard that the video is the same on both phones. the only thing that i like is the picture quality. the s700 has really good pictures but so does the k700. i would not spend $750 on a s700 and i would wait till another megapixel phone comes out. maybe by the end of this year SE will launch another MP phone with a better look and smaller size. im gona wait for the next train. thanx

what i think is that S700 and k70o is about the same leh. not much of the differenece in the features. there is pros and cons for each phone lah. for example k700 got the radio function but s700 no radio function. but for me i think the design of k700 is good enuff for me lah. hahaha

I currently own both the K700i and the S700i. The features in both phones are identical(including the radio). The only difference is that the S700 has MS Duo support (not duo pro) up to 128mb, has a 1.3 megapixel camera and has a better screen. The S700 is no bigger than a P900 (in fact its smaller) and is just a little thicker than the P900. This message was posted from a P900

I've got a K700i. Just had a play with the S700. Apart from how it looks, the camera quality and an odd querk here and there, there's very little difference. For the price difference I'd stick to the K700i.
