> K700i bluetooth issues?

Hi there fellow Esato members,
I have just picked up a new k700i as my second phone but to my shock and horror everytime I use my HBH-300 with it the phone holds on to its connection and is only broken if you turn the headset off or break the connection using the phone. I had experienced this with a friends T630 but did not think this would be the case for the K700i. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening as it means that I cannot answer my primary phone my beloved P900 without having to fuss around with the K700i?
Why oh why would SE do this it does not make the phone any better and it stops the ability for those with two phones to answer each phone one after the other without any user action.
Can someone help as I am near to returning this great phone if I cannot resolve this issue?!!

You cannot use the HBH-300 with both phones at the same time, letting the etherwinds decide which one you use.
If you turn off BT on your K700 before you turn on the HBH, the HBH might be available to the P900.

But for some reason this new phone does not let this happen as it holds its connection to the headset as it believes it is the only phone bring used with the headset (programming issue). Now I am asking if anyone knows of anyway to avoid this happening so I can answer each phone depending on which one is ringing. So that after each call have the option to do the same once a previous call has ended, without having to manually disconnect the connection via the phone or headset?

correct me if i'm wrong anyone, I'm not sure but I think both your phones see your BT headset and tries to connect to it. But perhaps your BT headset would just be paired to one of your phone (depending on the sequence or pairing?) Just my hypothesis... not sure really

i think the problem is with the BT setting of the fon.
i believe that you are using the "automatic" option in the BT connection on your previous phone. To bad, SE left out the automatic option for BT in the k700
