well first off the 6230 doesnt have a flash. as far as quality is concorned they are practically the same i think.

the 6230 may hav a vga cam but it looks shit on that screen
infact it looks as bad as my t630 when comparing cam quality on the phone

the memory available is enough if ur not buying the phone solely for its mp3 capabilities. you will be able to store lots of pics on the phone, this is vary with the quality of the pictures.
