> Prompt for download after editing post

Something new
As of today (as far as I've noticed) every time after I edit my post and hit submit, a popup window prompting me to download appears.
Why is this? Can it be fixed?

Looks like it's an added feature here . . . So, that's why @laffen been so busy lately because of this new thing . . . Though I haven't actually seen it when done editing . . .
