> Personal ringtones on K700 don't always work

The manual says you can assign up to ten personal ringtones (for 10 different people, that is). However, you can in fact assign to more than 10 people, but it seems they don't work.
Today my mom called me and I had setup a special ring tone for her, but the standard ringtone was used instead. I then edited that contact and there the special ringtone appeared in the menu. Is this a known bug?
It could be that the phone only actually uses 10 of the personal ringtones, but you can assign more than 10 contacts and they will be remembered if you edit the contact, but they may or may not work...

Try paying a visit your nearest SE Service Center mate . . . If it so happened that it is working not normally on your fone and you are still having the stock R2A . . . firmware, then I guess your last recourse is to upgrade your firmware with that of the latest one pal !
