> PC Suite v3 problem

I have xp professional and sp2 and I installed v3 of the pc suite. After installation phone showed up in the tray and all seemed fine. Back up and communication with phone fine......synchronisation option does not appear at all:-( Any pointers as to how to solve this...I have done uninstalls and have tried different versions (earlier) of the suite but no luck...anyone help?
