when pressing button no 2 (upwards) it gets stuck!
Tried every phone in the store, and they where all faulty. So it cant be just mine

No most will get stuck if you press hard on the top of the button 2.
I suggest pressing the button in the middle.

Mine was the same when I first got it over time it happened less often probably because after getting used to the keypad u tended not to push up on the 2 key or maybe it just wore slightly
I now have a clear skin cover on the phone and this seems to have solved the problem altogether

I don't get it, the T610 keypad was perfect! Distinct but subtle key presses and a soft click sound. Now, a cheap plastic feeling. Why downgrade?

Went to the store and forced them to open 5 boxes to look for a K700 without the stucking problem. Finaly found 1 that works perfect. No tendency to stuck when pressing # 2
