"Sometimes" when my phone rings I've noticed that the contact picture isn't displayed and there's a prompt list with (I think)
Answer Release?
Divert?
Answer & Continue?
I've asked the caller to call back again and it then displays their picture! this has happened a couple of times this week on various callers...any ideas what's happening?
I've tried being in wap and receiving a call and it's not the same options that popup!

mmmm... I remember a post here (somewhere) saying you only get this this the first time you turn the phone on (each day or whatever) not to sure tho?

I don't get this everyday but can reproduce it most times by taking out the sim card and putting it back in again...
Although it happened the other day on my way home from work and the phone had been in my pocket all day not touched really.
It's really annoying me now! lol
