> p800 docking station

bought the p800 last november. Have recently bought a new computer with usb. I have trouble connecting to the PC. When i place the phone on the docking station the light comes on and it triggers the pc to look for the phone connection link. I does not recognise the phone.
I had originallt installed the software that came with the phone. I have now downloaded from SE website the new software version 3 which is for 910, 900 and 800.
Still have the same problem

I have seen threads of people having the same problem and as far as I can remember, reinstalling Windows seems to be the only solution. Maybe you can try installing servicepack2 if you haven't done so already, might also solve your problem (uninstall the
software first, then reinstall it after installing SP2), not sure if it will work, but worth a try
