Only MS DUO works in P8, not pro.

Duo pro has the potential of being upto 32gigs. Whereas noraml duo is limited to 128mb

while pro has the capability to be faster it is not neccessarily so as it depends on the hardware that it is plugged into.

for example it is no faster that normal duo in the P910 because P910 does not support the parallel mode

Standard memory sticks (inc duo) are limited to128mb. When sony realised that they had a problem ie. not enough storage, they created memory stick pro. The faster writing speed isn't much advantage for the moment as most products don't support it, including the p910. The theoretical 32gig limit is a long way away and the largest duo currently available is 512mb. This message was posted from a T610
