Hello Can anyone tell if your K700 is O2 Branded?

When I start/off my phone it displays a SE Logo
then O2 Welcome/Goodbye screen..

Also it has o2 ICONS....

Read some postings on why K700 O2 model cant be upgraded to R2L? What actions can we do? Are they shortchanging us?

Can we sue SE or O2???

If it has an O2 icon on the desktop, then it is branded.
