> Help, T630 Incorrect SIM lock sequence
Bookmark topic
I have had my T630 returned from Hays Technology Repair as "Unrepaired due to incorrect SIM lock sequence".
The reason it was sent for repair was that it froze when trying to change the theme tune. I contacted Hays who further explained that the phone had been "Interfered with". This is definitely not the case but it leaves me in a very difficult position as the O2 shop where I purchased it are refusing to replace it.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem, can anyone suggest what I can do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, apparently Hays is an authorised Severice Centre but they have got it wrong this time. Please forgive my ignorance but Is 'flashing' something that would invalidate the guarentee?

If the phone is flashed on a SE service center it won't invalidate it.

The problem is the the phone has been returned from the SE centre and they are refusing to repair it saying that it has been inteferred with.
This is not true!
