Hi, I've been searching the boards here for the past half hour but can't seem to really find the info that clears this up for me. But I thought that with the free WAP gateways like waptunnel (or the many others I found posted here) enable you to bypass something such as T-zones (which charges $5/month) and let you browse for free?

I've tried setting up a new WAP profile with the free gateway as the IP, and I have it connecting using t-zones data account but it's not connecting. I've had the settings sent to my phone from one of those sites that sends it, but it just sets it up for t-zones and when I connect to t-zones it won't let me get beyond their homepage because it says I must subscribe for the $5 fee. I'm on a basic family plan and the other phone connects to T-zones and I don't see any fees for this, just this particular phone won't, and I'm not sure about the whole free gateway thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
