My o2, k700 continually crashes. But not the number keys. Only the four keys either side of the joystick. I have just had the latest firmware installed by CPW, thinking that would fix it but no. I have to remove the battery for a while before it will work again.

I think you should do the update again via the website or since you're on O2 i think you should go to a service centre and tell them your problem. They would re-flash it for you
